In 3 easy steps:
1. You check the Apartment's availability by going to the availability
page and then e-mailing us for confirmation of availability. Once
received, we confirm availability within 24 hours.

| 2. You then complete the Booking Form and make your
Deposit Payment. Once we
have received the Booking Form we re-check the availability and once
deposit has been received send you by email the formal Reservation
Confirmation. Please note that the booking is not guaranteed until we
have issued our formal Reservation Confirmation.

| 3. If you are making your booking more than 2 months before the start
of the apartment booking date, then only a £100 or €175 deposit is
required. You will then need to send us the balance of the payment 2
months before commencement of the booking. Once received, we will send
you your final booking confirmation together with Apartment Directions
and Keys.
